Shoot the Elephant by Pastor Poppie Paul

I love elephants, and would never shoot one!

But there is an elephant in the room that needs to be shot!
American cannot afford Twenty Trillion dollars of debt!
You cannot borrow Forty Cents of every dollar you spend!

America is going to "pay the piper"sooner or later.
So I would encourage the Republicans to put on their big boy, and big girl pants.
Bite the bullet, suck it up...

TELL THE PRESIDENT NO...
AND LET THE CHIPS FALL WHERE THEY MAY!

Bundle the debt ceiling, taxation, and sequestration!
Do not separate them under any circumstances!
They are one issue!

TELL OUR PRESIDENT THAT EITHER HE SITS DOWN AT THE TABLE
AND DEALS WITH THE WHOLE,
OR YOU WILL GANGSTER THE HOUSE AND REFUSE TO PASS ANY PORTION!!!

THE REPUBLICANS HOLD THE POWER OF THE PURSE IF THEY WILL ONLY
MUSTER THE WILL TO USE IT!

TELL HIM NO...
GO OVER THE CLIFF!

LET OBAMA BE PRESIDENT OF AN UNFUNDED COUNTRY
AND HE WILL CRAWL TO THE BARGAINING TABLE!

DEAR REPUBLICANS:
BE LEADERS!
BE BRAVE!
SHOOT THIS DEBT GORGED ELEPHANT
BEFORE IT GETS ANY BIGGER!

Kick Em Off the Cliff by Poppie Paul

Sometimes you need to put on your big boy pants, do the right thing, and pay the price.  The simple truth is that our nation is on the downhill slide to ruin.  We can not run the debt to $20,000,000,000,000.  It is not sustainable!

I encourage the Republicans to tell our President to go and pound sound!

The President says he will not be blackmailed by the Republicans over the debt ceiling.  He says that because that is the one area the Republicans actually have power.

Congress holds the purse.
The Republicans must do the one thing the President does not want done!!!
They must bundle the Debt Ceiling, taxes, and the pending military cuts.

We are going to "Pay the Piper" sooner or later.  Why not do it now?
Draw a line in the sand, and let the President deal with a broken credit card.
He will have no choice but to cut spending!

When President Obama understands that the Republicans are serious,
and that he is over a barrell, he will negotiate in good faith.
But not before!

Paul
